Home finder fees

Registration Fee
£1,250 (deductible from success fee)

Success Fee - Sales
1.75% of the purchase price up to £2.5m, then 1.5% on any amount above £2.5m 

or

12% of the negotiated reduction in asking price,  whichever is the greater

Success Fee - Lettings
1 month of rental fee
